Portsmouth's reservoirs are at 96% of useful capacity as of this morning.  Lakes Cohoon, Meade, Kilby, and Speights Run levels are 28.1 ( -0.2), 11.2 ( -0.8), 19.1 ( +0.1), and 32.4 ( -0.1) respectively.  This is a 3% change since the last report on August 19, 2016.  The median capacity for the current month is 94%, average capacity is 91%.
