Portsmouth's reservoirs are at 100% of useful capacity as of this morning.  Lakes Cohoon, Meade, Kilby, and Speights Run levels are 28.5 ( +0.2), 12.3 ( +0.3), 19.2 ( +0.2), and 32.7 ( +0.2) respectively.  This is a 0% change since the last report on December 22, 2006.  The median capacity for the current month is 96%, average capacity is 89%. (Average & Median 1969 - 2005)
