Portsmouth's reservoirs are at 94% of useful capacity as of this morning.  Lakes Cohoon, Meade, Kilby, and Speights Run levels are 27.1 ( -1.2), 11.5 ( -0.5), 19.0 ( +0.0), and 32.4 ( -0.1) respectively.  This is a +1% change since the last report on July 11, 2008.  The median capacity for the current month is 94%, average capacity is 92%. (Average & Median 1969 - 2007)
