Portsmouth's reservoirs are at 79% of useful capacity as of this morning.  Lakes Cohoon, Meade, Kilby, and Speights Run levels are 24.6 ( -3.7), 10.5 ( -1.5), 18.9 ( -0.1), and 32.3 ( -0.2) respectively.  This is a 4% change since the last report on July 15, 2011.  The median capacity for the current month is 94%, average capacity is 92%.
