Portsmouth's reservoirs are at 100% of useful capacity as of this morning.  Lakes Cohoon, Meade, Kilby, and Speights Run levels are 29.0 ( +0.7), 12.7 ( +0.7), 19.7 ( +0.7), and 33.0 ( +0.5) respectively.  This is a 2% change since the last report on July 18, 2014.  The median capacity for the current month is 94%, average capacity is 93%. (Average & Median 1969 - 2013)
