Portsmouth's reservoirs are at 98% of useful capacity as of this morning.  Lakes Cohoon, Meade, Kilby, and Speights Run levels are 28.0 ( -0.3), 11.9 ( -0.1), 19.2 ( +0.2), and 32.4 ( -0.1) respectively.  This is a 2% change since the last report on July 21, 2017.  The median capacity for the current month is 95%, average capacity is 91%.
