Portsmouth's reservoirs are at 100% of useful capacity as of this morning.  Lakes Cohoon, Meade, Kilby, and Speights Run levels are 28.6 ( +0.3), 12.2 ( +0.2), 19.4 ( +0.4), and 33.0 ( +0.5) respectively.  This is a 1% change since the last report on June 6, 2014.  The median capacity for the current month is 98%, average capacity is 96%.
