Portsmouth's reservoirs are at 100% of useful capacity as of this morning.  Lakes Cohoon, Meade, Kilby, and Speights Run levels are 28.6 ( +0.3), 12.1 ( +0.1), 19.2 ( +0.2), and 32.8 ( +0.3) respectively.  This is a 1% change since the last report on June 13, 2014.  The median capacity for the current month is 98%, average capacity is 96%.
