Portsmouth's reservoirs are at 100% of useful capacity as of this morning.  Lakes Cohoon, Meade, Kilby, and Speights Run levels are 28.8 ( +0.5), 12.5 ( +0.5), 19.8 ( +0.8), and 33.4 ( +0.9) respectively.  This is a 2% change since the last report on June 19, 2015.  The median capacity for the current month is 98%, average capacity is 96%. (Average & Median 1969 - 2014)
