Portsmouth's reservoirs are at 96% of useful capacity as of this morning.  Lakes Cohoon, Meade, Kilby, and Speights Run levels are 27.6 ( -0.7), 11.6 ( -0.4), 19.2 ( +0.2), and 32.6 ( +0.1) respectively.  This is a 1% change since the last report on November 14, 2014.  The median capacity for the current month is 94%, average capacity is 87%.
