Portsmouth's reservoirs are at 95% of useful capacity as of this morning.  Lakes Cohoon, Meade, Kilby, and Speights Run levels are 28.1 ( -0.2), 11.9 ( -0.1), 18.0 ( -1.0), and 31.0 ( -1.5) respectively.  This is a 4% change since the last report on September 8, 2017.  The median capacity for the current month is 95%, average capacity is 89%. (Average & Median 1969 - 2016)
