Portsmouth's reservoirs are at 100% of useful capacity as of this morning.  Lakes Cohoon, Meade, Kilby, and Speights Run levels are 29.0 ( +0.7), 12.8 ( +0.8), 19.8 ( +0.8), and 33.4 ( +0.9) respectively.  This is a 1% change since the last report on September 16, 2016.  The median capacity for the current month is 95%, average capacity is 89%.
