Portsmouth's reservoirs are at 86% of useful capacity as of this morning.  Lakes Cohoon, Meade, Kilby, and Speights Run levels are 24.6 ( -3.7), 12.0 ( -0.0), 19.5 ( +0.5), and 33.0 ( +0.5) respectively.  This is a 9% change since the last report on September 19, 2008.  The median capacity for the current month is 95%, average capacity is 88%. (Average & Median 1969 - 2007)
